Meta, Menlo Park
Leading AI-for-Work initiative, building a Meta-wide management platform for AI agents and an MCP tool directory. Owned delivery of AI agents for Revenue TG for automating complex financial workflows; Payment Agent processed over $38 in payment automations.
Developed Indirect Tax platform in Meta used for managing ~$24B USD payments annually. Integrated workflow automations to enable industry-leading government tax payment automations.
Collaborated on product standardization of help center homepages to unify experiences users across all family of apps products like Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger, & Facebook (~500M MAU page visits).
Salesforce, San Francisco
Worked on the Salesforce Anywhere initiative for users to collaborate & chat in real-time on records without leaving the CRM interface.
Upgraded legacy framework across entire Salesforce platform as part of ANITR4 rollout. Used Splunk to track progress & build reports.
Contributed to Cloud Information Model initiative (collaboration of AWS & Google Cloud) to develop data interoperability entities across multiple cloud and on-premise applications. Winner of Core Platform Hackathon.

Designed a finance manager chat application hosted on Messenger using Google Dialogflow allowing users to connect their bank accounts and get relevant insights on their spending.
